WHY NOW

After the Brexit vote, the UK Housing market entered a state of shock.
Volume of transactions plummeted and confidence evaporated.
As no real solution for the UK housing shortage seen on sight, real demand will keep pushing prices further up in key demand areas.
Markets hate uncertainty. Level of pessimism will probably peak in the year or so, making it an ideal opportunity for bargain-hunting in the next couple of months, as no one can call the bottom.
As soon as any solution appears, the market will rally. Buyers who have postponed their investment, will all come back together at once creating huge upward pressure on house prices.
The Pound is cheap. Although it recently recovered some vs the USD, it is still weak in real terms vs most major currencies, making it an attractive entry point.
